UCSF announced that Cedar has been named a finalist for the UCSF Digital Health Awards 2019. Out of more than 500 global submissions, an independent panel of expert judges named Cedar one of the top 10 Patient Engagement companies.

The UCSF Digital Health Awards are intended to celebrate the achievements of innovative companies dramatically improving healthcare with technology. In a statement, Mark H. Goldstein, Chairman of the UCSF Health Hub, said: “Technology has become an integral part of any conversation about improving the physical and mental health of millions. We hope that shining a spotlight on the companies making unbelievable strides in this space will further the conversation on healthtech and bring these solutions to the mainstream, so that doctors can do their jobs better and patient care can continue to be improved across the board.”

Cedar joins other prominent healthtech companies in being named finalists, including Flatiron Health, Livongo, Talkspace, and Castlight. The full list of finalists is available here.
