Cedar Co-Founder and CEO Florian Otto, MD, PhD, ranks among the top 50 healthcare technology CEOs of 2020, included in The Healthcare Technology Report’s annual announcement.

To establish the Top 50 list, the Healthcare Technology Report ran an extensive process to evaluate the hundreds of CEOs that lead exemplary organizations in the fields of medical devices, biotech, healthcare analytics, healthcare software and other related areas. Over 500 nominees were assessed across several key areas including breadth of leadership experience in the healthcare technology industry, level of expertise and domain knowledge in their particular field, depth of their executive team’s experience and consistency of organizational performance.

Otto joins the list besides other notable health-tech CEOs, including Zane Burke of Livongo, Alex Gorsky of Johnson & Johnson, Brian Tyler of McKesson and Judy Faulkner of Epic. The full profile and top 50 list is available here.
