Cedar was not directly impacted by the Change Healthcare outage, however we understand that a number of our Cedar clients have been impacted.

We recognize the widespread effects this disruption is having on providers, payers, and the healthcare landscape.  We’re doing everything we can to support our clients until the situation is resolved and operations return to normal.

Add a banner to Cedar payment landing page

Contact your client management team to add a banner to your Cedar payment page, directing patients to your organization’s official statement about the delay.

The banner can help set expectations with patients around potential delays. 

To add a banner, please provide Cedar with:

    • Your approved banner copy. For example: “You might notice a delay…see statement for full details”
    • The URL of your organization’s official statement or information page that will be updated regularly. It’s important that this link is evergreen.
