PATIENT FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE AWARDS

Celebrating the unsung heroes shaping the future of patient financial experience

2026 NOMINATIONS are OPEN through june 30

Every team member within a healthcare organization plays a crucial role in the healing and well-being of their patients. Those working behind the scenes to enhance the patient financial experience often don’t receive the recognition they deserve. The Patient Financial Experience (PFX) Awards celebrate the individuals or teams who are committed to solving an end-to-end consumer problem: the fragmented patient financial experience. They’re the visionaries, builders, connectors and caregivers who are helping patients easily and affordably pursue the care they need.

Who is eligible?

The PFX Awards were specifically designed to recognize Individual Contributors, Managers and Sr. Managers at healthcare payers and providers. While Senior Leaders are not eligible, they can participate by nominating their teams! From the call centers to the front desk to treasury, we’re looking for:

  • Thought leaders who are spearheading innovation
  • Builders and fixers of patient-centric technology
  • Connectors of teams, platforms and initiatives
  • Cohesive groups driving healthcare financial success
