Part of getting closer to our customers involves working with accredited partners for the benefit of our joint users - whether extending the Smart Business Suite with specific sector-based functional or technical capabilities or to even embed COA Solutions functionally-rich business management and information software into a partner's line of business vertical solution, our North America business partners are key contributors to the success of COA Solutions.

Our customer-focused partnership program therefore has three category of partner:

Marketing partners - Organizations that have broad sales and market expertise and offer x-vertical market knowledge in conjunction with resources skilled in assessing business requirements and expert delivery/support.

Solution partners - Organizations that further have a specialist application, services or enhancements built around COA Solutions standard products to offer a vertical market solution.

Technology partners - Organizations that provide our core technology or functional extensions to enable the COA Solutions Smart Business Suite to meet the customers IT and functional processing requirements.

Each program is tailored to service a different requirement and recognizes the level of "added value" provided by the business partner in each case. Each business partner joins one of the programs, based on their planned level of in-house skills, which is reviewed on a regular basis.
